The Wizarding World of Harry PotterIt's finally official. Harry Potter's "theme park in a theme park" concept is now in the advanced designing stages and will open within Islands of Adventure by late 2009. J.K. Rowling has been collaborating with Universal and Warner Bros. on the immersive environment that will feature shops, restaurants, and three different attractions. Explore Hogwarts. Stroll the streets of Hogsmeade Village with all of its quaint shops and surprises.
Does "theme park in a theme park" mean that this will be a separately ticketed attraction? Is late 2009, more than two years after the final book has been written, be too late? We've got two years to get all of the answers -- and to find out more about all of the attractions -- so stay close.
